We had a fab time. The bed was soft, and we appreciated that the room was attractive and practical. Lobby had wireless. Restaurants and eateries were also near the hotel.

Responsive staff and lovely beds, picturesque setting. Room was individual and luxury, had balcony, air conditioning and terrace. The American breakfast was included and had lots of food.

Everything was lovely, loved our very lovely stay. Breakfast was perfect, lots of exceptional breads, fresh fruit, jam, omelette and cheese. Corteous staff that were ready to help to us. Its location was super, so close to buses and the beach and shops.

Had very positive stay overall, lovely place and the weather was glorious. Downstairs bar and staff was flexible. I had silent standard double room with bathtub and balcony plus colourful bedding. I appreciated that the design was excellent. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Downtown Cancun district.
